Eating out with coeliac disease, or on a strict gluten-free diet, usually means questions, doubts and compromises. MADE was created to put an end to that: a place where coeliacs and non-coeliacs can eat together, safely, without anyone having to ask for a “special” dish.

A 100% gluten-free kitchen, with no cross-contamination

No product containing gluten ever enters our kitchen. The whole team follows strict protocols, from receiving the produce to plating. That is why you can choose any dish on the menu without asking: every one of them is safe for coeliacs.

We hold the FACE Gluten-Free Restaurant certification (FACE is the Federation of Coeliac Associations of Spain) and we are listed among the establishments reviewed by ACECOVA, the Coeliac Association of the Valencian Community.

Bread, beer and desserts: gluten-free too

We serve homemade gluten-free bread with olive oil and butter, and even the beer is gluten-free. Croquettes, cocas and desserts are all made in-house to the same standard, so nobody misses a thing.

Getting here from Benidorm, Alicante or Altea
